Support Kang Football by Volunteering

Come join the football fun! The more volunteers from every family pitch in to help, the more fun it will be and the more successful the program will become.  There are roles for just about any interest, ability, and background and we will help match you up with tasks that fit your schedule, available time, and areas of interest.  Volunteers also enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at our football program and work with other fun football parents who are dedicated to making the sport a great experience for our athletes. We have a variety of areas where we are always looking for help: Events, Marketing & Communications, Fundraising, and Teams. See below for a description of those areas. Events: Do you love putting on events? Come join Team Kang and help us put on awesome events like the 4th of July parade, team barbecues, senior night, and more! Be a part of all of the excitement around Kang football and work with an awesome team behind you. 

Marketing and Communications: Communication is at the core of the Gridiron Club’s mission! Do you want to help tell the story of Kang football while engaging fans, players, and community in all the excitement and action? Come help us use email, text, and social media to spread the word!

Fundraising: Money makes the Kangs hop! Do you want to help Kang football achieve big things? We are looking for someone to help us get organized with fundraising, working with the board to raise money for things like out of state games, new player equipment like sideline rain jackets, and more!

Teams: Lake Washington  football has three teams - Varsity, JV, and C-team (freshman).  Each of our teams have a variety of support roles needed for both on gameday and throughout the season such as photography, chains, and snacks. Come be a part of the team and gameday action for the Kangs!
